Feromihin d.o.o. has a new production line for electronic components. It is one of the phases of a project co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund. It is related to a new method of eLBC production consisting of the following: the installation of new production technology, automated equipment, and real-time sensors that can adjust processes, new equipment needed for new products, laser cutting tools, computer-aided product development.

Production lines include the following:

• Stencil printer – for printing solder paste on a printed circuit board
• Pick & Place – placing electronic components on a printed circuit board
• Reflow oven – thermal soldering of all elements on the printed circuit board

We are looking forward to the new opportunities such a production line will create for the development of eLBC and the complete improvement of the production method.
